The annoying aspect is just how long it took for all this to occur, quietly creeping up over a period of many years. Will this get wiped out when I file ch.7?
My attorney said I could just let it foreclose. That sounds worse. Is it? Help Needed in Texas This is my first post. My previous career experience helped me with this because you see; I have worked in a wide variety of financial institutions and know quite a bit about credit. I may have failed miserably at controlling my own spending but it came in handy when I decided that I was getting out of debt with a consumer debt consolidation loan specialist.
